It's the first post of the new year so I thought it was a good opportunity to take a look at some new children's picture books that will be published over the next few months.
The wonderful partnership of Allison Colpoys and Davina Bell that bought us 'Under the Love Umbrella' and 'The Underwater Fancy Dress Parade' are back together for the publication of 'All the Ways to be Smart'. A book exploring all of the unique and wonderful qualities that make children who they are. It's sure to be another beaut of a book with a captivating colour palette throughout!
Some favourites are back too; Claudia Boldt with 'Lots of Frogs', Katie Harnett with 'Monty and the Poodles' and Richard Jones with 'How to Properly Meet a Hedgehog', and quite frankly, who wouldn't need this in their lives? Surely a must for every bookshelf.
